1. There is a minimum order?

No, there is a minimum order and there is not a minimum number of items to purchase.

2. How much are the shipping costs?

The cost of postage varies depending on the type of delivery chosen and the total weight of the goods ordered.

To know exactly how much is shipping, just add the products that interest you to your cart, click BUY and get to the selection of consignments available and there will see the various prices.

3. Can I pick up my order in hand?

Yes, if you want you can pick up at the headquarters of withdrawal that you will be shown the products you have ordered.


4. What is the timetable for the withdrawal by hand?



The time and day of withdrawal goes agreed by telephone, but you can pick up virtually every day of the week during working hours.

5. By registering on the site, I have the obligation to buy something?

8. I have made an order, but I was wrong choosing the payment and / or shipping, and I want to change it. it's possible?

9. I have made an order, but I want to cancel and / or change a selected product. it's possible?

10. I would like to pay cash on delivery. it's possible?

Yes, you can find the mark of the payment methods on the site.
Available with express courier BRT, at a cost of 3 Euros.

11. I would like to place an order on the website, but I do not have a credit card or a debit card. How can I do?

You can choose to pay with postpaid charging, just go to any post office to request a form to postpaid charging, populate it with the data that we have provided to the time the order and pay. 12. I would like to choose the shipping by priority mail but the site is not available. I can?
